Prior to R&A consultants Rebecca, she started her career as a trainee solicitor in UK after her LLB in London, then she joined a top magic circle law firm in HK as an associate, where she was the key person to attract international talents to their organization, Rebecca also took the role as to retain and develop staff covering mainland China & Asia offices. With this role, Direct impact to the business process, and market reputation.

Prior to R&A consultants Rebecca was the Partner in an US law firm based in HK&BJ. During her around 6 year’s tenure with the organization she played a key role in the business’s success, helping to implement and increase the professionalism and quality of the organization, and successfully implementing numerous ideas and initiatives. Rebecca also played a key role in the successful launch of the law firm ‘s Shanghai office.

Prior to entering into the Recruitment Industry, Rebecca has spent 3+ years in a MNC as General Counsel based in Beijing by taking an management role for the Asia pacific region.

Rebecca has quiet determination to succeed, she has met each challenge with quality results. She was born in HK, educated in UK and get her JD degree in New York University. She practiced around 20 years in PP industry and over 3 years in a Pharmaceutical industry as a General Counsel.
